Winter Youth Retreat.
Steve has a passion for speaking, discipling, and working with young people in order to convey the gospel. He also incorporates the medium of hip hop to do this. Steve is a Critical Response Pastor who is involved in full-time urban and corrections ministry in Philadelphia. Steve previously served as Calvary Christian Academy Ft. Lauderdale’s Director of Discipleship. He loves spending time with his wife Morgan, and their three children, Titus, Quincy, and Maxwell.

Arrival & Check-In

How Does Check-In Work?
DROP OFF: We will have staggered check-in times beginning at 4:00pm based on your camper’s last name. Information on your time slot will be sent out via email about a week prior to registration day. Check-in will be in our central camp near the chapel.
- Follow the most recent confirmation email for exact timing details.
- If you have urgent questions during the weekend, call the camp office.
Dinner

Food Allergies
We work closely with parents and campers to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs. Please be sure to note any dietary restrictions in your camper’s Campwise account under the Medical & Liability Release Form so we can plan accordingly and have adequate quantities of specialty food items on hand for your child.
- Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available at every meal and clearly labeled.
- We are unable to fully accommodate campers with Celiac disease. Our kitchen handles gluten-containing ingredients, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
- We provide a dedicated fridge in the dining hall for Celiac campers who need to bring their own food.

Chapel sessions are the main gathering times for worship and Bible teaching. Students will engage Scripture, worship together, and build a shared foundation for the weekend.

Snacks & Games is a supervised hangout time designed to help students unwind and build friendships after the evening program.
Cabin Time

Cabin Time
Cabin Time is when students regroup with their cabin and leaders to wind down, connect, reflect, and prepare for the next block of the schedule.
Lights Out

Lights Out
Lights Out begins quiet hours so campers can get real rest. Cabin leaders help everyone settle in and keep the environment calm and safe overnight.
